My step Son paid $160.08 for a custom XBox 1 contoller on 8th May 2015, it took him a few months to save up for it but not as long as it's taking to be delivered!
We've sent numerous emails to ControllerPlus asking how much longer it will be only to be told a list of excuses, I'd list them but I don't have all night.
We have seen his controller on their facebook page late last year but that's about as near as we've got to seeing it. I'm sick and tired of the excuses now and all I want is a full refund, my step son is autistic and doesn't understand why he hasn't received his controller. We've tried to explain that he's been scammed and will probably never see his controller or money ever again but there's only so much you can say to someone with autism before they start getting agitated and upset, SHAME ON YOU ControllerPlus, Message to all you potential customers out there: DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THE ONLY THING YOU'LL GET WILL BE LIES AND EXCUSES OFF THEM.
This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted..
