This is an attempt to collect a debt. Nicole Auguste, a liar and a horrible tenant that is currently living in my house in Northeast Philadelphia (PA) for almost a year. She signed a lease and is responsible to pay for water and rent. She does not answer phone calls and never available. SO FAR SHE REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING: SHE IS NOT PAYING FOR WATER; SHE IS NOT PAYING RENT. Balance to be collected from her: over $ 4000.00.
