Do not rent to NICOLE AUGUSTE, 45 to 50 years old, a native from Haiti. DON'T EVER RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO HER!!! She lives in my house with her 2, may be 3 of her children. I know 2 of her children at least are teenagers. She is a big liar who pretend she is a good Christian in order to prey on landlords that are looking for responsible tenants for their homes in Philadelphia. She is verbally abusive to the landlord. Apparently she has a history of going around the city renting and leaving for free in people's home. SHE DOES NOT PAY FOR RENT. SHE DOES NOT FOR WATER .
