Do not rent to NICOLE AUGUSTE, 45 to 50 years old, a native from Haiti. DON'T EVER RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO HER!!! She lives in my house with her 2, may be 3 of her children. I know 2 of her children at least are teenagers. She is a THIEF and a BIG LIAR who pretend she is a good Christian in order to take advantage of the good landlords in Northeast Philadelphia. This is the same woman that used to live in somebody's house in Drill street Philadelphia where the owner has to sell the house in order to get rid of her. She is verbally abusive , uses intimidation and threats to scare landlords from asking for back rent payments. SHE DOES NOT PAY FOR RENT. SHE DOES NOT FOR WATER . You will not be able to evict her out of the property because she is receiving free legal assistant (free lawyers) BE AWARE OF NICOLE AUGUSTE, NORHTEAST PHILADELPHIA
