I thought I had contacted HP Technical Support. I needed help downloading HP Printer drivers, which I had purchased on line. I Googled HP Printer Technical Support and there were several numbers listed as HP phone Support. Unfortunately the number I picked turned out to be Wefix 365 LLC and they insisted that they are with HP Support. I told them I needed help downloading Hp6500 printer drivers. They asked for permission to take control of my computer by using Teamviewer so that they could work directly on the problem. All of a sudden I am being told that my hard drive is being set up for an hacker to steal valuable information from me and I need to clean my hard drive immediately. They would install HP printer and clean and protect my hard drive for $199.00 They actually did neither and charged my debit card twice. I contacted the real HP Technical Support people after 3 days and they made ma aware of the fact that I had been dealing with a fraudulent HP company Wefix365 LLC . I have notified my credit card company for the fraudulent charges on my card.
