I called Epson Printer and I was connected to this guy about my printer so he needed to get into my computer. He said he removed the bugs and debugs from my computer;also;remove junk files; removed the spy wares and tracking cookies from computer; Optimize the services of computer;Reconfigure the drivers of printer and changed the settings of the printer. Then I was confronted that I had to pay them 149.00 which I put on a credit card. This happened on Oct 20th 2016 which I could not enter above. He phoned me yesterday Nov. 14, 2016 and I told him he was a scam and he wanted to know how my computer was doing. I did not want to discuss it with him and I told him it was a scam and I was out 149.00. My computer is still not working properly and I feel my Credit card should be credited with the 149.00. The guy told me his name was Paul Williams and he had a foreign accent.
