i ordered a free 14 day trial online & pais 3.99 for a small bottle, to my horror you then took £85 from my bank account in August for a product i did receive & did not oeder and i do not want, tghen in October you took a further £98 from my account & send me a cream i did not order & i did not want, a taxi driver delivered the product after finding on the road so was not even delivered to me by a corriour, i returned the product via recorded delivery & a letter to which i confermation has been received, i called the company & they confirmed they have received it & can only give 30% of my money back, i want a full refund on all the monies i have paid from August & October as your T&C state you will be offered a refund within 30 days for the product returned & not 30%, i will log a complaint with the Financial ombusman service if my query & full refund is not returned & resolved, many Thanks Christine, ref for return is 8235221405316842, i spoke to an advisor Jessie 3 times & not very helpful to customers
