I filled out an online survey & got offered a choice of 3 gifts,i chose the Agerenew skincare with an understanding that i had to pay post & packaging £3-80,then i discover they have robbed my bank of £84-71,i have rang their office & was told i signed up for a 14 day trial after that time i pay for the goods. This is false advertising as i did not see anything explaining this. This is a scam & i am currently waiting for a refund, if there is any problems i will take it further.
