After returning from the US via Manchester air port i had a customer survey pop up asking me to complete a survey regards the long stay car parking at Manchester, after completing the survey i was told that as a thank you for my time i was entitled to a choice of a free gift. For my wife i selected the AgeRenew and paid for the postage/insurance?. The said item duly arrived some days later.Three to four weeks later another unsolicited item arrived out of the blue,, minus any paperwork, we thought that AgeRenew had sent it in error.Checking my Visa card statement that arrived today i was horrified to see that AgeRenew had helped themselves to £89-86p using my visa details without my consent. I'm in the process of recovering my money from AgeRenew...watch this space!!.
