I ordered tickets from this provider, received them. The show was postponed, I was unable to attend. The original seller of the tickets was offering a refund of the tickets, but only to those who purchased the tickets from them. I requested a face-value refund (half of what I spent) from mytickettracker.com because they would be able to get that refund as the original purchasers and they refused to do it. They were rude, hung up on me once, and became very aggressive on the phone. I suspect they will request the refund to turn a $150 profit into a $300 profit. This company is terrible, avoid at all costs.
