Purchased tickets to a concert in Boston, MA scheduled for 10/27/17. Concert cancelled due to band member illness.
Got an email from ticket tracker saying concert cancelled or "postponed indefinitely ".
It seems that the postponed phrase allows this company to keep my $350 "indefinitely'. It is now my responsibility to periodically check the concert status, possibly forever, for a notice of absolute and total Cancellation!
The service rep could not have been less helpful or more surly.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this group like the plague.
