I purchased a parking pass for a Dallas Cowboy game vs. The KC Chiefs and I NEVER RECEIVED my ticket! To make it worse, I called the morning of the game and they reassured me I would get my ticket. I had to spend another $300 on Stubhub and got my electronic ticket immediately. When I called MTT, they kept me on hold for an hour telling me they were "working on it" then eventually told me I was lying and they had proof of I was lying. As a result, they refused to give me a refund for my purchase. I could not believe how unprofessional & rude they were. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this "company." This is a total scam of monumental proportions!
