This company originally sold me a timeshare three years ago. In doing so, they promised that I would be able to sell the points through a program that purchased points to resell to large corporations for their employees to use. That program may have existed, but at the time I purchased the timeshare, it did not. We were then told there would be a replacement product, which turned out to be a joke. We were unable to get our money back. For three years, other than paying maintenance fees, things were okay as we could trade our points in to RCI and travel to other locations. Although upset, that is typical in the industry and I went along with it, even though I was lied to. Now, we are being told they are dropping out of the RCI program and we have to pay another $995 to get out of the original $12,000 contract. Never, ever do business with these people. They have no idea what honest business practices mean, and have no clue how to treat people other than to rip them off. This is a sham and a fraud.
