Unfortunately, we entered into a time share scam with Sunset Harbor Resort. We were notified of a meeting with an RCI agent. Upon arriving, we later find that the rep (Randy Depriest) was from Sunset Harbor Resort, not RCI. After a short time, December 15, 2012, we find out this was nothing but a fraudulent group working with partners, Point Rental Liquidators and R&R Ventures, who left everyone high and dry. We received letters that they were no longer affiliated with these groups. Now they are not a part of the RCI. What recourse do I have....they have altered their contract, as I see it, they have defaulted their end of the contract. I just want out and never want to deal with this unscrupulous company again.
