PRL and BJ Cooke sold us a timeshre with Sunset Harbor with the guarantee they would liquidate our points at SH and our other locations into cash annually. the day after we paid our credit card found out that PRL is out of business. SH keeps making promises, but the only reason we purchased at SH was for the liquidation opportunity; if that is not available we never would have purchased.
