Bought some number of steel bars for $2.25 to see if it would work out. The 24/7 phone line is down 100% of the time. They don't respond to e-mails, and no one is every attending the live chat feature. They're obviously trying very hard to keep us from getting the things we buy. Absolutely a scam, although there may be some cases where customers actually get what they pay for. The one time someone responded on live chat, they explained to me that they were out of stock and would e-mail me when they had more.
