These people told me that they were calling from microsoft, my computer had been hacked and they were already using my information on the net. So they put me through to the hacking dept. and if I take care of this right away they can stop them
from using my information for identity theft.
My daughter calls them and she knows this is a scam and has it removed and Jessica gave her a confirmation number. Still disputing the charges
