I wish I read these reviews before throwing my money away. Bought a rs3 account lvl 125 for $115. They sent an email asking for a whole bunch of crap and I complied. I've sent emails asking details with no response. I've tried the live chat and have spoken with the same person saying they are out of stock. I've even given them a fake order number. Their Skype is fake, Facebook non existing even though they have comments on their Web site. Total scam.
Update: 03/14/2015
I made a dispute with PayPal and they have resolved my issue. PayPal says the full amount is brewing refunded by the seller.
