Whomever this is was the customer support number on the Apple information card in the box of my new IPad. They did help me set up my IPad but went through my laptop using their cursor. Was told I had no anti-viral protection and showed all the attempts of hacking on my laptop and I stupidly fell for their life time protection plan to the tune of $359. I am tech challenged and thought they were affiliated with Apple and trusted what the said. Since that time I have come to my senses realizing something is wrong with all of this. Others who are much more savy in the computer world have questioned why I had to place my laptop in their hands to set up my IPad. I have reported this charge and story to my bank and they are checking this out, filing a report of denial on the charge. These people continue to call me 3 and 4 times a day on my land and cell phone as well as sending a handful of emails. I ignore their calls. There is something not right with these people and I fell for every bit of their song and dance. My concern is why they were the customer support number for Apple.
