This site looks very similar to the USPS site and it lead me through the process to change my address and then enter my credit card details. It is not clear on the website that $39.50 would be charged and it charged my card and I have no idea what service they gave me. The site is malicious and the only way to contact them is a contact form - no phone number. I'm furious this site is allowed to exist with an https certificate that is valid. It should not be allowed. I'll be calling the better business bureau.
