I called weightnot from their email they sent. They were high pressure, said they did all these things that they DONOT do. My husband had just passed away and I told them I would think about it and do it. Then I realized I couldn't afford that; I was confused and grieving and depressed and I called them back and said cancel this right away please and explained that my husband had just passed away and there was no way I could do this. They said they had to get it approved to cancel it. Meanwhile a charge of $415.00 was charged to my credit card. I called
them back and they said they did have permission to cancel it under these circumstances and would credit my account. Then I started getting a charge a week for $64.80. I called again, they said it had been cancelled and someone would call me back. They didn't., I called again and they said someone would call me back. They didn't. I tried calling again and said I would not hang up but she said she would follow this through and someone WOULD call back. They didn't. I got a box of vitamins in the mail and it costs me 16.00 to mail them back. The next day they charged me $415.00 again! I call, they don't call back. This is not a reputable Company. They lie to you over and over again. They sent another package last week and I refused it but they said they don't allow people to refuse. My brother is an Attorney and I will be filing a law suit against this Company. They should be put out of business. I am a widow and do not have this kind of money. Please help! I have not signed a single thing.
