Per Whitney and Tara (counselor's) supplements shipped 01/16/14 via usps with 2 delivery; 01/26/14 still awaiting products. Every call or email results in "It's on it's way". I paid close to $1000 for a 37 day plan, shipping delays of this kind are unacceptable. In addition they delete unfavorable comments on Weighsocial (the social network for memebers).
