Paid for the flowers -received several emails from them assuring me that they would be delivered - first by noon - then by 3 - then nothing - no work, no call, no email, no flowers. I will not take this lying down - this is criminal fraud deceptive trade practices - specifically in conjunction with the pattern they exhibit. Not only will I be filling a civil suit against them in the morning, I will also be looking to forward a criminal complaint against them as well
