I as others was redirected when installing norton anti-virus software. I had purchased their program for $400 something dollars to clean and repair my 3 computers for 2 years. When the subscription ended they started harassing me all hours of the day telling me I had a virus and trying to get me to rejoin there service. How would they know I have a virus is because they infected both my computers so I would buy their service. Still calling unavailable all hours of the day a year later.
