International boundaries
Initally suggested via attempting to upgrade my Ultrabook from windows 8 windows8.1 that I have my ultrabook cleaned up etc by PC optimizer. The Tech I spoke to .... Indian... then conned me into having , I suspect , one of his mates use log me in to get into my PC and optimise it for a dicounted fee of US$ 199.99 with a 12 month warranty. I have now attemptefd to contact q resolve by both phone and email and absolutley no response. Suspsicious they do not exist.
Also would be very wary of PCutilities (pro optimiser)if they have tech's sue this facility to run their scam
