On Oct. 10, 2014 I received a phone call from V KChopra and he told me he worked for MicroSoft and their company was so much better than Best Buy and I was to never ever allow Best Buy to do any work on my computer. I never received anything from them in the mail. I made the purchase with my Master Card. All I got was a TechPC247 Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirm from Chopravk247@gmail. I have no idea where this company is located. Please feel free to call me if you need to. I feel I have been scammed. Thank You. Brenda Byrd
