I had issues getting my HP printers to connect with my new wireless router. I called what I thought was HP support. In fact, they answered the phone sounding Luke they were. I was told that I had corrupt files and was pressured into buying a support plan for $200. After 2.5 hrs nothing had changed...still no connection. I finally ended the support & demanded a refund. They then pulled up what appeared to be a HP web page indicating that I actually had a different printer that I told them. Except it didn't look like my printer, I settled for 1/2 my money when it was apparent that was all I was going to get.
