I contacted Techpc247 for help with my computer thinking they were HP support...That is what was on the search engine when I went searching for help....I let them go into my computer to check it and they told me that my computers hard drive had not crashed and they could fix it for me though the phone...They offered me a yearly fee of 149.00 dollars so I could call them anytime if I had more computer problems..I agreed...Then when they went in to repair my computer they could not fix it..They then told me my computers hard drive was indeed crashed..I asked them not to charge my credit card since they couldnt fix it and I would not need the service for the year...They said they had already charged my card and that they would reimburse my card...They did not do this...I then called them in July and again they said they would credit my card...They still have not credited my card....I would have never had them even try to repair my computer had I known that they were not Hewlet Packard.....
