I was dumb enough to order something advertised on TV, a skin lotion for $4.95 (approx). I received a very small bottle of same, thinking that it was over. A few weeks later, I discovered that $89.95 was taken/stolen from my bank account, absolutely not authorized by me. When I tried calling and talking to someone about it (888-443-7201) I was absolutely and totally shut down regarding refunding that amount. This was done repeated ly with no resolution. They have my money and I don't. I am going to try once again, this time by mail, to have my money refunded. Don't have high hopes though.
