I purchase both of theses products online for around $4.95 each. They were trial sizes of wrinkle cream. On my back account I saw an outstanding amount taken out of my debit account. One was for $89.85 and the other was for $79.97 totaling $169.82. I called both companies and said I wanted my debit card credited for the amounts the took out as I couldn't afford it. Neither company would help me out. They said they already sent a shipment of this cream and I can't send it back for a refund. I told them this is illegal to take money out oft account without checking with me first. I have to have this money back in my account to pay my phone bill and TV bill. I don't have any extra money to spend. These companies have got to be held accountable for what they are doing to innocent people. I've checked online and there are several women who were scammed just like I was. Please help fix this case. Thank you.
