It was a trial sample offer for 2 skin creams. One sample came and ended, but the Bright Skin keeps coming monthly. I have repeatedly tried to cancel, but cannot get through to anyone! Their customer service first put me off, saying their computer was down and to call back. After that the number was disconnected. As for email, after the first standard email reply, they never got back to cancel the order. I have 5 bottles ready to return (they have been charging my card $80 each month), but there are two fulfillment addresses among the 5 bottles, so I'm not sure where to return them and then more keep coming.
