I have recently had a virus on my pc. I had a computer guy come and fix it, which he did by re-installing windows. He downloaded Avast free version after that but I looked on my credit card statement only to find that there were two transactions totalling $149.38 (approx with exchange rate) two days after it was installed. I was with the tech guy all the time and he didn't give any credit card details on the download and neither did I....and I don't keep my credit card details on the computer either. I type it in every time I use it online so its not like it autofilled. Give me my money back!!! Expect to hear from my bank as its a fraud to do this!!
