Suddenly my computer was locked, and a screen showing a phone number, among other things, was there, so I called. They seemed to have proof there was a Trojan in my files that had been there nearly a year and needed to be erased. And of course I needed a firewall to protect against all this sort of thing. Not being able to use my computer I finally agreed.
