My computer had an error message with a number to call. Just as another complaint, I called the number. They told me I needed a firewall for my home network - not just my computer. An hour and a half later, I agreed to buy this firewall protection that NEVER EXPIRES. When the documentation was emailed to me, it renews every year!!! It is terrible how they can get into your system and basically hold it hostage until you relent!!
