I have been trying to cancel my auto renew since last year. I have gone through their trust dept. and every other way they said I had to go. I cancelled four times and I am still being charged. It has been a total of five 30 min. to one hour phone calls and 10-14 emails with no results. They are a rip-off, scam oriented company. They will not allow you to talk with anyone who has any authority in order to resolve a problem. I am contacting our BBB tomorrow. I contacted my credit card co. and they will not allow anymore charges but do not think I can get my money returned for the charges they already made. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! THEY ARE JUST SIMPLE THIEVES.
