Aprox April 2012 , l joined for a 3 month period and paid for that, l got reminders that l was paid up to 13 June 2012 , but before that date, as soon as my fortnightly pension went in my bank, eharmony helped themselves to a further. § 80 aus dollars and emptied my account. No notice was given as to this intent , and l never authorized any more funds to be withdrawn. I was very alarmed that they could do that, and l contacted my bank, commonwealth, and they said they would recover the money taken without my authorization to take more funds. The bank recovered my money, l will never again give my credit/debit card details out on the internet. I now use a prepaid debit card purchased from the post office, and only have the amount of funds exposed in that account. It works very well, and l highly recommend this practice to everyone. It seems to be just too easy to take your money otherwise. Very scary. !! So beware. !!
