e-Harmony offeres a dating service and claims to be one of the best. With only 3 days for a refund period you have no way of knowing the full extent of the service. After a week and a half I realized 3 major flaws in their service.
1. You are at their mercy in regards to who they match you with. Almost every other dating service always you to search users to find a compatible match. eHarmony only sends a dozen or so matches every other day. If you don't like who they send you just have to wait and deal with it.
2. Most of the matches they send are worthless because the users have not logged into their service in over a month.
3. They do not take physical attraction or body type into consideration.
