I checked my bank acct and discovered an erroneous charge for $19.65. When I pulled them up on the Internet, it appears they are a medical company who answers questions that come from the public to a doctor. I have a doctor available 24/7 and 2 insurances so I have no need of this service. I want a refund of my money and removed from their auto debit. I am a 68 year old senior citizen who is raising an 11 year old granddaughter on a fixed monthly income. The money they took was my grocery money for us to eat until 9/22 when I get paid again. Refund my money now.
