Had false charge on bank account. Called the merchant number and the answering machine is a lady with Asian accent giving you three options. Two options hang up on you. The first option got me to a rep who said they take fraud "very seriously" and we're going to refund us. They had our names, phone number and address. They wouldn't say what was purchased or where it was being shipped. They only had the billing info in our names. They gave me a confirmation number for the deactivation of our account. We reported to bank as fraudulent. We will see if actually get refund. But these people are criminals and not even located in the US based on the people I spoke with on the phone. When you try to visit website, it says it's a security risk, so I never even opened the web page they say we ordered from.
