A 19.95 charge on my card that I didnt recognize the line entry on my card was:
888-332-4560HLTHLEADR 888-3324560 TX
Upon calling the number I was told that I agreed to the enrollment when I made a purchase but they couldn't or wouldn't say what the purchase was or what company I was buying from where I allegedly agreed to this. They did say that the information comes from a different company. After pointing out this was a scam on several levels they agreed to refund my money and un-enrol me in what ever this is.
