After ordering the 'free samples'of Idrotherapy cream and Essence of Argan (which they now sell together) in September 2014 I had a severe allergic reaction. I wrote to them at the Customer Care address provided on 21st September cancelling the arrangement and have since returned the sample bottles several weeks ago.
I received an acknowledgement from Customer Care with a direction to call the US number. This continually rings out.
I have since written 3 times but again they deducted 106 AUD from my credit card for Idrotherapy and a further 92 dollars for Essence of Argan on the 9th and 11th September respectively.
The Argan came 3 days ago without any invoice or paperwork whatsoever. It will be returned.
I am expecting another jar of Idrotherapy which has not yet arrived although the money has been taken from my account.
My bank has lodged a grievance on my behalf and I wrote to them yet again today. It seems Idrotherapy and Argan have closed the 'Customer Service' email accounts as the letters I wrote today have now bounced back yet I have had at least one response from both addresses.
This company is really slippery.
