I ordered, and got a confirmation date for, flowers to be delivered to my Wife for our 25th Anniversary. They didn't deliver on the confirmed date, although I had ordered more than two hours ahead of the requested time limit. The next morning I received an email from them saying (among other things), "his came in a little late yesterday but we still tried to get it out. Our driver had an issue with the address and there was no phone number for the recipient. If you would like we can get this out for today on the first run. We understand that it was an anniversary and you should of been contacted so we will make sure to take good care of it for you. Please let me know asap, we leave for this area within the next 20 minutes and will be getting it out on the truck if we don't hear a response. Did you happen to have a phone number for her?" Our address is easy to find. If they couldn't find it on the promised delivery date, why would it not be a problem to deliver the next day? BTW, they had the phone number. IMO, this is their mode of operation. Talking to them by phone the next day, the resolution was to cancel the order. What a scam!
