Also like an idiot, I went for their $4.95 shipping and handling for a "free" sample of their product. Nowhere on their web site was there a "I Agree to Terms and Conditions which they claim had to be checked and then they automatically auto charge your account each month for $89.95! I was charged $89.95 before the trial sample even arrived. I canx the order so I wouldn't get auto charged again. As a result, I can't get anyone on the phone to receive refund information. The customer service number is an automated message. I feel completely ripped off. I'm sure the product is junk too. If anyone knows how to get a refund, please let me know.
