I purchased tickets to The Book of Mormon; when reviewing the seats and prices, these seats were mid priced for decent seating (per the seating chart). I didn't access the link until the day before the showing and noticed they were not issued in my name, and also reflected face value of $37.50. I paid $127 per ticket, plus surcharges equalling $312.30 for the absolute WORST seats in the entire theatre. I called the toll free number to complain, and stated I was not happy and wanted to speak to a supervisor; I was told I would receive the same response, which is the prices fluctuate based on "fair market value". I again expressed my dissatisfaction, but decided to go ahead and go to the play. Only when we arrived, we were in the balcony, row x....the VERY BACK SEATS OF THE WHOLE VENUE. I did not use the tickets and called requesting a refund; only to speak to "Wil" who clearly has taken many calls of this nature, and explained the sales are all final. I want to report them to Better Business Bureau; I requested reversal of charges to my credit card company, and I will take to the Better Business Bureau.
