I received an email, saying that payment would be taken, i didn't realise that i had signed up to anything, I'd been looking at payday loans. I emailed them straight away to cancel and they told me that payment would not be taken, they did anyways, after many emails of promising me a refund and still nothing. i saw on bank statement that they had taken a further £14.99 off me for membership, I rang to complain, i got called a lier, that i i was a horrid/pathetic little girl who lies and was told to get a job, (I have a job) because if I had a job i wouldn't be bothered about 84.99. I got called stupid when i asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on, i rang again to be hung up on, i went though to someone else who immediately said, we aren't dealing with you. This company should be shut down
