I cancelled my subscription with spark whitening in January 2014, but in the mean time they sent me out another parcel. I then returned the package by the date required which I tracked, and it had been received by them. But they were saying that they had not received it. I then rang them and spoke to someone who confirmed to me that it had been received, I was told that they would email me to confirm our conversation and I am still waiting. I then email again on the 4th April and still haven't heared anything, no reply and still no money. Getting really fed up about this now. Not only has it cost me for the products but for returning the parcel and the cost of calling America.
