I received a Amazon review. I had a list of items to choose for free products. I chose the Spark Whitening free trial that cost around $4 for postage. I received the trial but no instruction how to use. A week later, I was charged $94.31. I called the company and was told she couldn't refund because I didn't call within the timeframe and they just shipped out the product so could not stop the full order. I told her I wanted to return the product and needed the full refund. She said she couldn't do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said there were no supervisor. She then told me she could give me a 35% discount. I told her unacceptable. I needed the full refund and I couldn't afford the charge. She put me back on hold. She came back and said she can give me 60% refund, but I would need to return the product. I stayed calm and again said unacceptable, I needed the full refund because I didn't have very much money. Again on hold and she came back with 75% off. Finally, I told her this was against the law and I would have my bank charge it back to the company and it would cost them more. Again, she put me on hold and came back stating 100% refund. Now reading the reviews, I'm afraid I may not get the refund. This happened today.
