According to website, i was to only spend $1.03 for trial size product. After i hit send button online, I then got notified I was not onlY spending 1.03 but also 19.99 for ongoing shipment which I had not authorized. I called immediately to cancel whole transaction. Was told i could not cancel as i SUPPOSEDLY agreed to one shipment...the trial size and one other. I explained i had not authorized anything but trial with no future shipments. man was beligerant. i asked to speak to mgr/supvsr. he told me he was supvsr. i told him i would be contacting bbb and our Calif atty General's office. THEN I FOUND THIS PAGE WITH SAME COMPLAINT!
