I enrolled in the company's free trial program: $1.99 for a sample, automatic shipments if I liked it. The sample arrived and being in Canada I had to pay $30 customs charge. The sample was damaged and had leaked inside the box, destroying all the packaging. When I phoned the company I just wanted to cancel. I don't want to pay that much in Customs fees. I was told I'd have to pay the first charge of $69.95 to cancel, or I could send this shipment back. I'm sending it back, at my expense.
