I finished an online survey of a bank in Australia, then a page popped up, saying I can choose some free products as an reward of the survey, I chose Luminique, then I found I have to pay the delivery fee from the States, I gave up. The next day, I received a call from the States, asking for my information of the credit card. I was too shy to reject, I told the caller, who had very strong accent and spoke very fast so that I couldn't totally understand what she said. About 10-12 days later, I received the products. However, I found I was charged for the product the next month. I tried to contact them, and I was told that it was not free products, but a free trial within 30 days, and I will be keep charging every month since then. Insisted to cancel the program and they agreed after charging me again one more time. As a result, I paid a total of 300 US dollars for some worthless samples.
